Despite charging via the USB cable, the green light no longer flashes as indicated when the pruning shear is charged: it doesn't work! I press the orange button, which releases the handle, no electrical help, the light stays off, the pruning shears don't work!

I ordered and received a Bosch Easy Cut and Grind from Galaxus. It only came with a UCB-A - USB-C charging cable. I can't charge it with my PC or with USB-A. I find that strange anyway. The device has a battery with 7.2 V. My USB from the PC is only 5V. I have now ordered a USB-C power supply from Bosch (for all PD-compatible devices). Will this work because the charger has 20V 3W?
