Hello, I do not have this problem, the remote control works perfectly. I followed the manual exactly when programming it. I can only add 2 things at most; 1. I find the operation of the device buttons* somewhat unintuitive. I often pressed one of the buttons by mistake, which caused the remote control to try to communicate with the non-existent video recorder, for example, instead of with the TV. As a result, the remote control did not seem to work. I reprogrammed it once in the beginning because of this. To be on the safe side, always press the device key you have programmed for the desired device, e.g. before you switch on the device. *By device keys I mean the keys labelled TV,DVD,SAT,VCR, with the help of which up to 4 devices can be controlled individually. So if you have programmed "TV" for your television, but accidentally pressed "SAT" during the previous day, for example when you put it away after switching it off, the remote control will try to communicate with the device programmed for "SAT" the next day. 2. If this does not help and the programming is indeed "lost", I would make sure that there is a new, fully charged battery in the unit and if this does not help, I would assume that there is hardware damage. I hope I could help you with your problem Kind regards
I bought it for a colleague for his Sony DVD and it worked quite easily with the code. However, I seem to remember that the button(s) you have to press for programming are not named exactly the same or something. Or I didn't find them straight away ;D
You can find the code list for this model on the following link: https://ch.hama.com/webresources/article-documents/00012/cod/00012306cod.pdf Thank you for pointing this out. I will forward the pdf to the responsible department and I hope they can add it to the product page.
Unfortunately, we could not find any information regarding the 2 in 1 player. However, it can be assumed that this will work.

Hello Augustoriz, Unfortunately, I cannot give you the matching code, because we know the different codes of the manufacturers, but not to which devices they fit. As a rule, we recommend using the automatic search (operating instructions, point 5.3 "Automatic code search") to determine the matching code. If this does not work, you can try the codes for the Samsung DVD players manually (point 5.2 "Manual code search"). One of the following codes should fit: 2035, 0095, 0225, 1145, 1155, 1245, 1405, 1775, 1975 Greetings Andy from Hama
I just checked the list of compatible TVs, and MPMAN is not one of them.
Hello Asplace1, With the many different combinations available from TV manufacturers, it is difficult to keep the whole programming process of such remote controls simple. This is partly why there are so many codes per manufacturer. I can't advise you much other than to try all the Samsung codes. It may well be that with a different code, all commands are the same except for SmartTV. If the remote control still doesn't work with any code, you could alternatively use the 6in1 universal remote control with learning function. Here you can enter the same code as for the 4in1 and then learn the SmartTV button using the original remote control: Hama Universal 6in1 Or if you just want a 1:1 replacement of the Samsung original remote control, this would be it: Thomson ROC1128SAM Replacement Remote Control for Samsung TVs (1device, Illuminated Buttons, Universal) Regards Andy from Hama Hama follow: [http://www.instagram.com/hama_schweiz/ http://www.facebook.com/Hama.Technics.Schweiz
Hi Inaciopereira.carolina, Unfortunately, I can't say the same. We don't have any exact information about MPMAN's TV sets. However, these are probably produced by a better known manufacturer and use their radio signals. I can only recommend that you run the automatic code search on the remote control. The remote control then selects the most suitable code. Greetings Andy from Hama
Hello N.Remy, The remote control works with Daewoo televisions. There are also several codes for different Daewoo models. This will certainly cover all the basic functions. If a special button is not available, it can be taught in additionally. Greetings Andy from Hama
Thank you very much for the information ^^.
Hi It works with Lenco TVs. It is very difficult to say if all the buttons are really available for this model, but normally all the important functions can be used. greetings Andy from Hama
