You can connect both computer with USB yes. However, I'm quite sure you will not be able to ear both computer at the same time, you will have to switch manually (with the base station) between the two inputs. BT instead will come together with the other input. Note that if you want to hear both computer at the same time you might connect one with the line in input.

It is the same product. We source our products from different suppliers to ensure availability as far as possible. As soon as a supplier does not have the item in stock, we switch to a supplier with higher availability. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. There can be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We therefore work with daily prices. See here: galaxus.ch/en/wiki/6028

Personally, I've never had any problems with this and I don't really understand it. The microphones are inside the shell and you wear the headset so that the cushions are on your ear. There are no microphones that lie directly on the edge. This can only happen if the cushions are extremely compressed. Alternatively, you can buy other cushions. The software is certainly not the best. But I almost only use it for updates. Otherwise, the settings directly via the base station are enough for me. It certainly depends on what you expect from a headset software. There are probably better products (e.g. Elgato).

According to our information, the black variant of the product is from the 2022 release. The 2024 update with the modified notch applies only to the white version.

From the official SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless website: "All models are equipped with two direct USB system ports, but only the Nova Pro Wireless for Xbox can be connected to the Xbox via a dedicated Xbox port (the second USB port is flexible for PC, PlayStation 4/5, Nintendo Switch or Mac)."

We can only offer you the original ones here, as we do not have the opportunity to test different ones and therefore cannot guarantee the fit. You are welcome to post your question in the discussions to increase your reach. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/community/producttype/gaming-headset-1599?tagIds=1-805

I'm not familiar with the Arctic pro wireless model, but the Nova Pro has an adjustable strap that allows it to be placed comfortably on the head.

sorry my frech ain't that good. I assume you are looking for a replacement battery? those can be bought on the steelseries website: https://steelseries.com/gaming-accessories/arctis-nova-pro-wireless-battery-pack - but this headset is quite new, the warranty should cover the broken battery?

Unfortunately, I do not have a switch. However, the headset can be connected to any conventional Bluetooth device. Mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc. works without any problems. However, the feature range is reduced via Bluetooth, as a few features are implemented by the base station. I would connect it via cable if possible. After all, power comes via USB and, unlike its predecessor, does not require an extra power supply.

The predecessor model was probably still oriented towards the compatible console (PS4). Since the PS5 no longer has such a connection, this is probably omitted from the current generation of headsets for PlayStation. There is certainly a solution somewhere out there on the WWW with adapters, many cables, Mediabox, etc., but for your needs it is probably simply the wrong headset, as everything is now only processed digitally.

I've had the Pro Wireless for about 6 months and I'm quite happy with them - the headset fits comfortably but not too tight. They sit a little more snugly than the Razer Ultimate I had before but just right for me. Only the ear pads I have exchanged for the cooling of WC Freeze because with the original ones the inside of the headphones was against my ear which was extremely uncomfortable after about 1 hour. The WC Freeze ones are a bit thicker than the originals and since then they are perfect. Hope that helps.
