This coffee machine, designed between 1980 and 1983, is the result of the evolution of Operation "Tea&Coffee Piazza", in which great architects worked on a coffee and tea service design. It was Rossi's
first project for this big series. Thanks to its characteristic shape, the espresso machine quickly became the bestseller of the then still young "Officina Alessi" brand and became a symbol of design in the 1980s.
