Authentic Blade
The polished 15 cm long blade made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel has been developed in Japan. The design combines a distinctive Far Eastern flair with practical hardness of 58±1 HRC for your daily cutting tasks.
Antibacterial Handle
The handle has been specifically designed for the Wasabi series and offers a natural antibacterial effect thanks to its unique combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. The optimal hygiene properties primarily result from the bamboo content of the handle. The black handle, measuring 12.6 cm in length, fully encases the blade, unlike traditional Japanese wooden handles which are simply mounted. This ensures a firm connection between the blade and the handle, preventing dirt accumulation in small crevices. All these features make the Wasabi knife suitable for use in large kitchens.
