Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba (Japanese for willow blade) is a slender, long knife used for slicing and filleting fish. Its narrow, long blade makes it particularly suitable for cutting ultra-thin slices, making it ideal for preparing sushi and sashimi. This knife is perfect for artistic, smooth, and/or clean cuts.
Authentic Blade

Antibacterial Handle
The handle has been specifically designed for the Wasabi series and offers a natural antibacterial effect thanks to its unique combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. The optimal hygiene properties primarily result from the bamboo content in the handle. The black, 12.6 cm long handle fully encases the blade, unlike traditional Japanese wooden handles that are simply attached.
