The hoses of the monobloc air conditioners should not be extended, as this can damage the components in the unit, because these exhaust hoses are so short so that the heat generated in the unit can be blown out again quickly. Another reason why such hoses should not be extended is that they get very hot and heat up the room unnecessarily. It is better to place the unit in a location away from the sun and then transport the cool air into another room, e.g. using a room air circulator.

As already mentioned, a good cable is important, but even more important, an air conditioner should only be used directly in a wall socket, no extensions, no power strips. The units draw quite a lot of current and the exhaust hoses are only about 1.5 to 2 m long. Since it has to go out of the window, a place away from the sun is more suitable. And if the cool air needs to be transported further, a room air circulator is recommended, which can then transport the air further.

That is the sole responsibility and task of Galaxus. You obviously have the tracking ID. Galaxus also has this ID. It is possible that the address on the label was damaged or entered/transmitted incorrectly. Galaxus is the client of the parcel service and should take care of this.

The unit must be placed in the room it is to cool, as the cold air flows out through a wide and pivoting flap on the top of the unit and cannot be "directed" by means of a hose. Only hot exhaust air at the rear of the unit can (and should) be directed out of the room to be cooled by means of the supplied hose.

In the manufacturer's manual there is nothing about a display of the air humidity, only the set temperature is displayed on the unit, but this does not really correspond to the room temperature, as far as I could see there is no sensor for air humidity installed in the unit. The unit is advertised as silent, but at 62 dB it is not really quiet either. There is a quieter model from another manufacturer: COOL MONO 2.0 SILENT ECO, which digitec also sells, but the price is unbelievably high. You can find a much lower price on the Internet by searching for COOL MONO 2.0 SILENT ECO. This unit would be much quieter at 47 dB.

From what I remember there is a maximum height of the flexible duct in relation to the air conditioner, not a minimum height. I believe this model has a condensate drain through the hose (the tray is just a safety feature) and too high a height may make this difficult or impossible. A lower outlet should not be a problem. A low load should not be a problem.

Hello, I have the same unit at home. The instructions for use explicitly warn against disconnecting the unit from the mains while it is running, so I wouldn't like to try it out for you. In any case, I would conclude that an automatic restart is not supported per se. However, if the unit were to restart anyway, you would unfortunately risk long-term damage when operating with a timer. Greetings Tobias
