Hello backanna. Thank you for your message. Have you been able to check whether you have switched on the dimmer? All you need to do is press the dimmer button a few times (1x dimmed; 2x completely off; 3x completely on). You are also welcome to contact us directly by email at service@stadlerform.com or by phone on 041 720 48 48 so that we can look at this together. Best regards, your Stadler Form Team

Set the humidity to maximum and see if it starts to run. Your humidity may be good so that it doesn't need to run. If this doesn't help, he will unfortunately have to go back to ....
Why do you want to switch off the fan? It only distributes humid air with the fan on. Then you can actually switch it off completely?
No Oskar does not purify the air. Humidification takes place by means of evaporation. So no water droplets are visible. But bacteria will always be present in a humid environment. I always clean the appliance or around it. I also use the silver parts, which should keep the water tank germ-free.
Scope of delivery Filter, Water Cube That's what it says on the website...
Hello. The humidifier comes with one set of filters - so for the first few months is enough. If one would like a backup I recommend extra filters. But it has all to work included. I believe only humidifier!
You can reverse the filters, that's what I do. Important, don't leave the tank empty for more than a day, otherwise the filters will dry out. You can put the filters in a basin with lukewarm water and wash them lightly, then the yellow will go away.
Emptying the contents of the humidifier over your head certainly cools. The cooling effect through evaporation makes no noticeable difference to the room temperature ;-)
I would take the big one. You may not want to run the Oskar at full speed all the time - the higher the speed, the more noise. The slower the fans run, the less humidification.
Change every 2-3 months, 3 months seems good enough to me. No cleaning. The silver element must be changed 1x per year.
Hello According to the manual: "The effective period of the Silver Cube is one year. We therefore recommend replacing the Silver Cube before each new new humidification season." Greetings
I don't need any fragrances, so unfortunately I can't answer the question. Sorry
Unfortunately, we can no longer offer accessories. It is best to contact the manufacturer directly. They should still be able to offer them.
Yes, you can. Inside the filler opening, through which you fill the water, it has a fragrance container. It is also written in the operating instructions (on the manufacturer's website or simply google the product).
Not available for purchase. But I would try to ask Stadler directly. You are certainly not the first to lose the container. Greetings and good luck
Had to laugh because you give such a wide range (50-100 sqm). It depends on how you use Oskar. I live in a Minergie flat where the air is constantly circulated, which is why Oskar little would actually have been enough for the room size (bedroom, 18 sqm), but to be on the safe side I took the normal Oskar. My study also got one. The result - oversized in this case - makes me very happy. If you place Big Oskar in a 100-square-metre flat, it will of course work best in its immediate surroundings, i.e. in the room where it is placed. It will have little or no effect on others. My recommendation: Buy a normal Oskar and place it in the room you use most often. Then upgrade with the small Oskar if necessary. Personally, I would only consider the really big one for an open-plan office. Have a nice day, Merry Christmas!
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the maximum room size in the item description was incorrectly stated as 65m² instead of the correct size of 100m². This has now been corrected.
