Product details

This cocotte is ideal for 2-person households or small families. The inside of the cocotte is coated with matt black enamel, which allows a good heat distribution and in combination with the tight closing lid also saves energy during cooking. The lid has a special design that collects condensation water and allows it to drip evenly over the food, and a silver button to lift the lid. With this white truffle cocotte you can serve your dish directly from the oven and benefit from the good heat storage properties of cast iron. Prepare a "coq au vin" or other chicken dish in this cocotte, or how about a creamy risotto?
