Staub Oval Cocotte

As with all dust cocottes, the inside of the cocotte is coated with matt black enamel, which ensures good heat distribution and, in conjunction with the tightly closing lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid has a special design that collects condensation and allows it to drip evenly over the food, and a silver button to lift the lid. The oval shape is particularly suitable for larger pieces of meat or poultry. Be inspired by the colour and give your roast chicken an extravagant touch by placing some truffles under the skin before the roast goes into the oven.
