The Gymstick resistance trainer 2.0 is a 130 cm long fibreglass bar with a padded grip surface. There are resistance bands with foot straps at each end.
For fitness training, the Original Gymstick is available in the colours green (light), blue (medium), black (strong), silver (extra strong) and gold (maximum strength). Depending on the stick version and fitness exercise, resistances of 1-30 kg can be achieved.
