The Scarpa ZG Trek GTX Men is a reliable hiking boot for long excursions in any terrain. Behind the suede outer material is a GORE-TEX® ePE® membrane that provides reliable weather protection.
On rough terrain, the foot needs stable support and protection from debris. This is provided by the Heel Tension System, a reinforcement in the heel area of the Scarpa shoe, and the stable toe cap. The ZG Trek GTX is equipped with the deep-tread Vibram® XS Trek outsole. It is quite torsion-resistant, so that the footing is always secure, even on demanding terrain or on the via ferrata. Scarpa manufactures this hiking boot on a wider last so that it offers a little more room in the front third. Thanks to the extremely smooth lacing, the ZG Trek GTX men's hiking boot is also easy to adjust and quick to put on and take off.
