When charging at the earthed socket at home, the mobile charging station can replace a permanently installed wall charging station. With the optional wall bracket, it becomes a Wallbox Light.

A high-voltage connection is not required for the Basic type 2 mobile charging station. You connect your vehicle directly to the existing power supply via a socket. The integrated control and protection device in the control box (IC-CPD) takes over the charging control via the cable to the vehicle.
