The hiking boots are very suitable for use when hiking and - to a limited extent - on via ferratas. Stable, with a high level of comfort, but quite heavy. If you are looking for shoes with a more technical design and want to be lighter when travelling, take a look at the all-rounders. Our test winner is the Tecnica Sulfur GTX, which combines many important attributes. The Aku Rock DFS GTX is also very versatile and has very variable lacing - our all-round tip. For weight fanatics, the La Sportiva TX2 Evo is an interesting alternative - our weight tip.
